Terms of Service

Updated: 2026-09-25

By using the Sydney Junk Removal website or requesting a quote or collection, you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and are no-obligation unless confirmed. Final pricing may differ if the actual job varies from the details supplied (volume, access or materials).

Collections

Collection times are confirmed based on job size, travel and operational capacity. We do not guarantee same-day availability. We may decline items we cannot remove safely or legally, including hazardous materials and asbestos.

Website use

Content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee every detail is current — verify specific needs (e.g. council services) with the relevant authority.
